I feel like I've been posting nothing but fashion week photos (actually, that's the truth) but they're just SO GOOD!
FASHION WEEK MILANO
Milan was surprisingly palatable, usually the Italians are too ostentatious for my taste:
VERSUS
Versace's youth line is full of adorable, fun party dresses that somewhat resemble cupcakes. The colors were beautiful, especially the coral and sky blue. Full volumed mini skirts and surreptitious cutouts? I'm sold. Also, I loved that Kane managed to keep the fierce-itude of Versace while tailoring for a younger demographic. And those lace up sandal/boots remind me of Ann D in the best way.
C'N'C COSTUME NATIONAL
Perfect jackets, and scarves that double as portable beds. The end.
DOLCE AND GABBANA
I'm not usually too excited to see the big label shows because style can become stagnant when you're dealing with a large, pedigreed brand like D&G. I was pleasantly suprised though, and I must admit that I adore the edgy boudoir meets Harajuku vibe they've picked up.
